On April 12, 2025, CXMT held a ceremony to unveil its newly established Beijing-area Corporate Science and Technology Association (CXJD STA). During the event, the association's charter was ratified and its leadership structure was put in place. CXJD STA is an employee-driven initiative that offers a platform for knowledge sharing and talent support. It will tap into the rich talent resources in the Beijing area to actively foster collaboration among industry, academia, and research institutions, and support talent development.
